There are several kimono rental shops within about a 10-minute walk from Meitetsu Inuyama Station, making it easy for tourists to access. Kimono rental typically costs around ¥3,000–¥5,000, and all the necessary accessories are included.

Inuyama Biyori is a kimono and yukata rental specialty shop located about a 3-minute walk from the west exit of Meitetsu “Inuyama Station,” right at the entrance to Inuyama Castle town. It’s also about a 10-minute walk to the National Treasure, Inuyama Castle, making it a very convenient base for sightseeing. They offer over 200 kimono for women and over 30 for men, along with a wide selection of obi and accessories. The rental fee is a flat ¥4,400, and it includes all the items needed for dressing, so you can come empty-handed.

2. Inuyama Komachi<名鉄犬山駅西口徒歩10分>
Inuyama Komachi is a kimono and yukata rental specialty shop located about a 10-minute walk from the west exit of Meitetsu Inuyama Station, midway along Honmachi Street. It’s about a 7-minute walk to the National Treasure, Inuyama Castle, and just 5 minutes on foot to Sanko Inari Shrine and Haritsuna Shrine, offering excellent access to major sightseeing spots. They have around 200 types of kimono, with plenty of retro and antique-style designs. The rental fee is ¥4,400 and includes the kimono, undergarments, half-width obi, and geta sandals.

Inuyama Biyori Nibankan is about a 9-minute walk from Meitetsu Inuyama Station, and about a 5-minute walk to the National Treasure, Inuyama Castle, and Haritsuna Shrine—making it easy to reach sightseeing spots. It’s located on the second floor of “Musubi Chaya,” which also has Japanese goods and a Japanese-style café, so after changing into your kimono you can head straight out to explore the castle town.
